Yoga

Yoga benefits every part of the body.  It stretches and tones the muscles, the spine, and the entire skeletal system through postures that build strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation.

Classes offered by the YWCA of Jamestown by Valerie DiCarlo address the individual capabilities of each student. Basic knowledge and safety are generally mastered in six classes.  Then participants progress to levels of their own choosing in classes designed for multiple ability levels.

Typically, yoga classes are offered according to the schedule above.  However, due to holidays and/or vacations, the schedule may vary.  Please call the YWCA for a monthly schedule or click calendar below:

9:15-10:15 am

Pricing:
Per Class: $6
Prepaid Punch Cards: $25*
* Punch cards include 5 classes. You may attend any class at any time.

A membership fee per year is required.
